Add every person at a client company and pick who gets each document

Bit & Grain now keeps every person at a client company on one client record, and you pick exactly who receives each estimate and invoice.

Open any client and you will see a Contacts card. Add the people you actually deal with: name, email, phone, and a role like Property Manager or Office Admin. One contact is always marked Primary, and your existing clients came along automatically, with the name and email you already had saved as their first contact. When a client has more than one person, estimates and invoices get a Send to picker right under the header, and Bit & Grain will not send until you choose. Follow-ups and payment reminders go to the same person the document went to, and the paperwork reads Company, Attn: Person on the portal page and in the email, so the right name is on it when it lands. Email and text opt-outs now follow the person too: if one contact unsubscribes from your campaigns, you can still reach the others at the same company. Before this, a client was one name, one email, and one phone, and reaching a second person meant a duplicate client or a forwarded email.

Say you work for a property management company. The office manager approves your estimates, the maintenance lead meets you on site, and accounting pays the invoices. Now they are all contacts on one client: the estimate goes to the office manager, the invoice goes to accounting, and nobody forwards anything. If you bring your client list in as a spreadsheet, the CSV import now groups rows that share a company into one client with all its people instead of creating three copies of the same business. And when a client should read as a company in your list, check Display client as business name on the client form and your Clients list shows the company first with the person underneath.

You will find it under Clients: open any client and use the Contacts card, and the Send to picker sits at the top of estimates and invoices for clients with more than one contact. Here's how to start: open your biggest commercial client, add the two or three people you actually deal with there, and send your next estimate to the right one. It's available on every plan.
