Bit & Grain for Android is on Google Play
The Bit & Grain Android app is live on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.bitandgrain.android. Sign in with the account you already have, on the web or on an iPhone, and everything is there.
What you can do from the job site:
- Jobs with the punch list, materials, time, files and the job's P&L
- A time clock that keeps counting in a notification, on a home screen widget and in a Quick Settings tile, so you can clock in without opening the app
- Estimates and invoices sent from your phone with a client portal link; record payments, send reminders, turn an estimate into an invoice
- Change orders with client approval and signature
- Snap a receipt and Grain AI reads it and puts it on the job; purchase orders, suppliers and inventory
- Appointments, the day's route on a map, and mileage: tap Start Trip before you head out and End Trip once you're parked, and the deduction is worked out for you
- Clients, equipment with barcode scanning, shop and site locations
- Grain AI: type a question or hold to talk, read the answer, and confirm before it changes anything
- Warranties, subcontractors and safety data sheets
- Push notifications for new messages and upcoming appointments
Desk work stays on the web: your website, marketing campaigns, social posting, team roles and billing. Sign in at bitandgrain.app on a computer for those.
The app is free to download. A new account gets 30 days of everything with no card, and your subscription is handled by Bit & Grain at bitandgrain.app, not through Google. You can delete your account from inside the app, under Settings.
