Receive more than you ordered, and track job materials to two decimals

Suppliers ship over all the time. Twelve boxes show up on a ten-box order. Until now Bit & Grain wouldn't receive more than the order said, so you either fudged the number or left two boxes off the books. Now you receive what showed up. The purchase order reads 12 of 10 received, over by 2, and all 12 go into your inventory.

Job material quantities now take two decimal places, on jobs and on job templates: 1.5 gallons of primer, 2.25 sheets of plywood. Whole numbers work the same as before.

And when a technician on your crew receives a delivery or scans a receipt, the items now go into inventory the same way they do when you do it, whether they use the web or ask Grain AI.
