Your Command Center income now matches your income report

Your Command Center now shows this month's income, how the month is tracking, and an income trend chart, all from the same numbers as Reports, then Income. Before this, the home screen did its own math and could disagree with the report by the amount of your card fees.

One more fix in the same spirit. When a refund also gives back the card fee on that payment, your income report and tax export now count only the fee that was actually kept, instead of deducting the full fee on money you got back.
