See and answer every customer message in one inbox

Bit & Grain now pulls your Facebook Messenger chats, Instagram DMs, and Google reviews into one inbox, right next to your text messages.

Every place a customer can reach you used to be its own app. A Messenger ping on your phone, an Instagram DM you forgot to check, a Google review sitting in your business profile for three days. Before this, keeping up meant bouncing between four apps and hoping nothing slipped through while you were under a sink or up a ladder. Now it all shows up in one list at Messages. You can filter by channel, see which thread is which at a glance, and reply to Messenger and Instagram right from the thread. Google reviews land here too, with the star rating in the subject line, so a new five-star (or a one-star you need to handle fast) is the first thing you see, and you can post your reply to the reviewer without leaving the page.

Picture wrapping up a kitchen remodel and checking your phone over lunch. A past client left a Google review, a new lead messaged your Facebook page asking if you do bathrooms, and someone DM'd your Instagram about a quote. All three are in the same list, in order, unread ones marked. You thumb a reply to the lead, thank the reviewer, and answer the DM, all without leaving Bit & Grain. You'll find it under Messages in the main menu. Here's how to start: open Settings, then Integrations, and connect your Facebook page, Instagram, and Google Business profile. Then open Messages and use the channel filter to jump between them. It's available on every plan.
