Client email campaigns now reach every recipient on your list
Bit & Grain now paces your client email campaigns so the whole list lands in inboxes.
When you send a campaign to a list of clients, the emails go out a few at a time. Before this change, Bit & Grain pushed that first wave out too fast, and the email service would reject the extras for arriving too quickly. Those rejected ones never got a second try. The campaign still read as sent, so a client here and a client there quietly never received the email.
Picture sending a spring tune-up reminder to your maintenance clients. You hit send, the campaign says it went out, and three weeks later two of those clients call in for a no-cool emergency because they never saw your note. Now the send paces itself under the email service's limit, so the message reaches everyone on the list. Same campaign, fewer gaps, fewer "I never got that" calls.
You will find this on the Campaigns page in your dashboard. Here's how to start: open Campaigns, create a new campaign, write your message, pick the client group you want, and send. There is nothing new to turn on; the steadier pacing happens on every send. It's available on every plan.
