For small used-car dealers
Know what you made on every car.
Add a vehicle, attach what you spent on it, send the customer an offer, close the bill of sale. Profit per car is on the screen the day it sells.
Full Pro for 30 days. No card needed.
From the lot to the bill of sale
- Step 1
Add the car
Enter the VIN, stock number, what you paid and your asking price. The VIN fills in year, make and model.
- Step 2
Put the costs on it
Parts, wash, gas receipts and your team's hours all land on that one vehicle.
- Step 3
Send an offer
The car price is the first line. Add extras, tax and a deposit, then share a link the customer can accept and pay from.
- Step 4
Close and see the profit
The bill of sale is the invoice. When it is paid you see what the car made you, and the review request goes out the next day.
What you get
Inventory on your lot
Every vehicle with its VIN, odometer, title status, cost and asking price. Filter by in stock, in recon, pending or sold.

Washington paperwork
Buyer's order, FTC Buyers Guide, odometer statement and a temporary permit log, filled in from the deal.

Send an offer by text or email. The customer accepts and pays from their phone.
Tax export for your accountant
One report with every sale and expense, in the words your accountant expects.
Grain AI that knows your lot

Every account gets a referral link. When a dealer you send signs up and subscribes, you get a credit.
Questions
Is this made for car dealers or is it generic business software with a new label?
Bit & Grain Dealer runs on the same engine as Bit & Grain, but the screens, documents and emails are written for dealers. You see Vehicles, Customers, Offers and Bills of sale, not work orders.
What does the free month include?
Full Pro for 30 days. You do not need a card to start.
Can I use it on my phone on the lot?
Yes. The web app works in your phone browser today. The phone apps show their own wording until they get the dealer update, so use the browser on your phone for now.
Are the Washington forms legal advice?
No. The forms are built from the public Washington requirements and each one carries a reminder to review it with your attorney or WSIADA before you use it.
Do you handle in-house payment plans?
No. This product does not track payment plans, installment contracts or lenders. It covers inventory, offers, bills of sale, paperwork and profit.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Add your salespeople and lot staff, and they can clock in and log costs on the vehicle they worked on.
